Dear Forever 21 manager:

Good day, I am writing regarding a massive problem that employees at this company observe every day and simply a small number of employees take action for it and providing a solution for this situation. Imagine this company giving an estimation of an additional 50 percent off to costumers without in fact, the company concern.  I am talking concerning about the eight exit doors of our store, every time the door makes a sound pointing out that an anti-theft sensor is crossing the door, employees take no notice of this and just disregard the sound.

It is our responsibility as Employees of this company to be attentive, and problem solvers, and it is our job that for every time the Anti-theft alarm sounds we have to take action and notice what the problem is. Not only do we shrink theft but also provide excellent service, since we had past situations where customers complained that employees forget to remove sensors, and have trouble taking the sensors off by themselves and not be able to wear the cloth that they bought. Every employee should be aware of this situation.
I have being employed in this company for more than a year; I have earned sufficient experience to notice problems like this. I believe that we can take action of this situation and obtain more responsibilities; we should solve this problem and spread the concerns to all employees, for everyone to take action as well and solve this situation as a group.

Sincerely,
